About Us
Coastal Coordination & Power is a one stop shop for both the coordination and electrical power behind local events. My name is Jenna Sylvia, and my husband Zach and I are both born and raised Vineyarders, with a deep rooted love for coastal Massachusetts.
I have been excelling in hospitality and client services for my entire working life, most recently as the general manager of a local catering company. This organically led me to event coordination, and I found a true passion and knack for it. The Cape and Islands hold some of the top wedding and event destinations in the country, with the most beautiful and iconic locations, and highly rated vendor options. While our farms, fields, beaches, historic buildings, and private residences provide the scenic spaces needed for these events, what they often cannot provide is the necessary electrical power.
Between my passion for event coordination, and my husband's 20+ years as an electrician, a collective lightbulb went off in our heads (no pun intended), and Coastal Coordination & Power was born.
We offer a full range of event coordination packaging all the way from preliminary research assistance, to complete coordination and design. We also offer event power consultation and mobile power rental and set up, with coordination and power bundle options as well. It takes a true understanding of and connection to our community, (and maybe a generator or two) to allow any event here to shine. Our connections (personal and electrical), experience, and expertise in our respective fields all contribute to making us the team who can handle every detail and bring your next event to life. However, it is our love and respect for the Cape and Islands, and the people and places that make them so special, that will make your next event as beautiful and flawless as it can be.
